Here I used Tempting Turquoise as my base Black and the blue is ...(looking it up), My Brand new scallop punch (WHICH I LOVE LOVE LOVE), and the SAB Birthday stamp Set. Both cards were made with a little birdy stamp set from stampin up!
This is made with SU Cardstock, I used Regal Rose and Tempting Turquoise, Its not so clear in the pic, I am bad a pic taking! I used my Bold Bright Water Colr Crayons and colored in the birdies. I also used my ticket corner punch for some pizazz!
